•    Use of Charlie Grace mobile bar

•    2 x Staff for the duration of your event

• Water, Wine & Champagne glasses for up to 50 people

•    Ice tubs for your bottled/canned beers and soft drinks

• Enough salt ice to keep your drinks in the tubs cold and drinking ice.

•    Straws and napkins.

•    A hydration station (drink dispensers with fruit infused water)

•    Greenery for the front of the bar

•    Styled with props and colours to suit your theme.

•    Barista Coffee packages available to add to your event

What will you receive?

•    A consultation, to gain an understanding of just how you would like your event  to take place. Here we will discuss everything you want and need from us to make your day perfect.

•    Setup before your event & clean up after. This time is additional to your set service time.

•    Professional & friendly bar staff to serve & clear throughout your event.

•    Free use of our drink dispensers and glassware that will be selected to suit your occasion.

Hourly Rates

Based on 2 staff members - 100 guests -(for larger events you may require additional staff)

•    $285 per hour minium 3 hours.

Additional hours charged at $270 per hour
