Many special events take place out in the beautiful outdoors and often in remote locations. Choosing a mobile bar service can be the answer to making your event work with style.
The Charlie Grace mobile bar is the beautiful extra that will bring that extra bit of special something to your event.
Being able to purchase your own wholesale alcohol will save you a great deal of money and enables you to choose and provide your guests your own selected drinks.
All events are very different and will have individual requirements. Therefore, we like to sit down with our clients and prepare a package to suit their dreams and wishes.
We also have extras that are available for hire including:
Barista-made coffees
Wine barrels

Based on 2 staff members - & 100 guests (for larger events you may require additional staff)
• 4 Hours - $1125
• Additional hours charged at $270 per hour

• 2 x Staff for the duration of your event
• All glassware (champagne flutes, wine glasses, tumblers) for up to 50 guests
• Ice tubs for your bottled/canned beers and soft drinks
• Paper straws and napkins.
• A hydration station (drink dispensers with fruit infused water)
• Greenery for the front of the bar
• Styled with props and colours to suit your theme.
• Barista Coffee packages available to add to your event

• A consultation, to gain an understanding of just how you would like your event to take place. Here we will discuss everything you want and need from us to make your day perfect.
• Setup before your event & clean up after. This time is additional to your set service time.

• Free use of our drink dispensers and glassware that will be selected to suit your occasion.
